Local Walks

Timble is a very popular place for walkers as it has lots of walks leading out of the village centre into the beautifull surrounding countyside. One of the main walks from Timble is the Timble and Swinsty Reservoir Walk, at a distance of around 4.7 miles and with a fairly easy difficulty level this walk is a great way to spend an afternoon and with the walk starting from and finishing at The Timble Inn it would be a perfect outting to enjoy while you stay here.

Local Fishing

If you enjoy a day out fishing then Timble is the perfect place for you. The Timble Inn is just a five minute walk from two of the most beautifull reservoirs in the reagion, the Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs which are ideal for all types of fishing including fly fishing, however if fishing is not your thing then you could go down to simply take in the breath taking scenery.

Sightseeing

As we are a very short drive from some of the best villages in North Yorkshire like Harrogate, Skipton, Otley and York you will allways have somewhere fantastic to go with plenty of things to see, with museams, markets, shopping and much much more just on our doorstep you will always have some thing you will want to do every time you visit The Timble Inn.
